The Chi Alpha Sigma is proud to partner with Women Leaders in Sports to create a unique career development opportunity for inductees seeking a career in athletics as either a coach or administrator. A cohort of Chi Alpha Sigma inductees will be chosen to participate in the following:

• Special introductory meeting specifically for this group

• Participate in the Rising Stars mentorship program

• Participate in yearlong Women Leaders in Sports professional development sessions

• Networking with industry leaders and potential future employers

 

The cohort will be capped at no more than forty (40) inductees and program applicants must meet the following requirements:

​

• Have been inducted into an active chapter of Chi Alpha Sigma (records will be verified)

• Have a specific interest to pursue a career in sports as either a coach or administrator

• Are currently a senior student-athlete and will be graduating at the conclusion of the Spring 2025 semester

• Commit to participating in events related to the program offered by Women Leaders in Sports
